Take 3 deep breaths. Feel yourself relaxing deeply.

Feel yourself relaxing more deeply. Take 3 deep breaths.

Meditate on Love, Level 2. See what comes, as you meditate on Being Love. (Pause of a couple of minutes is included in audio.)
And now relax even more deeply. Take 3 long, slow deep breaths. Feel yourself slowing down.
