The subject of this message is finding your way to a new place to live. In a sense, your multiple perceptions are the foundation for your identity. And that identity is "the place where you stand"... "A place to stand" -- as who you are.

Finding your way to a new place to live seems somewhat impossible at this time because so many places have restrictions, which would cause the whole idea of moving and changing regional or global locations to become extremely complex and onerous, in a sense, for you. Whereas before, it might have been difficult, but now it seems at times, impossible.

So, finding a new way "home" becomes a subject of unusual excitement in discussion. And that is why I would like to, once again, bring you to the power in the mind, which is resident for you, of discipline and coherence in meditation. Everyone on this planet has the capability of highly conscious and highly aware meditative coherence and discipline.

Allotting this time may seem impossible, but that is all that is impossible, because once you discipline yourself to focus on these meditations -- as simple as meditating on love -- then you begin to see with different perspective, with different eyes, with a different heart, the paths which lie before you where a new home, a new happiness, can be found.

This discipline, in itself, is a kind of new home for identity. Do you see? If you allow at least an hour a day in deep meditative focus, within a week or two, you do become a different human being with different awareness.

Now, what will surprise you is your expansiveness toward other human beings will increase -- as will your awareness of their needs, your compassion for their broken-heartedness and their worries, their concerns, or their illnesses.

This discipline is actually a "community" action, do you see? Meditation is a kind of "community building" in which your deeper awareness of your own consciousness, your own soul, the souls and the needs of others -- this is increased in disciplines of meditation.

Therefore, this kind of higher coherent focus is a form of community building. It can be a form of family circles, enriching and expanding their love for each other. In a sense, the family is an important place to begin for community building.

You will come to a point, once you be, just the simple discipline to devote an hour a day -- begin with a half hour if you must -- but at least a half hour a day, to quiet, calm, contemplative, high-coherence mental focus that is the meditation practice.

Now, there are many meditation practices. All of these are very important. And there are many paths to a meditation which is comfortable, and which is attracting or even addictive to you.

We are recommending with sound frequencies, and we provide some access or "links" to these for your convenience, so that you might enter "alpha" or "theta" states of "sound frequency" when you meditate, because it is the frequency, ultimately, which leads to the coherence!

And if you have that capability, this causes a discipline to try, and you may also use your own natural sound. You may use the natural sounds of drumming, of bowl singing, of toning, musical instruments in some cases -- but if these are percussive it may interrupt a true "alpha" or "theta" sound, which is why we begin here.

But we begin here because meditation = frequency change. There is a coherence involved from this calming silence and the dedication and commitment to sit with your higher self. (The state of "higher self" might be, itself, a "frequency.")

This is why it is so important to build daily upon a discipline of concentration, of higher-intelligence mental focus every day -- for yourself, your family, your children, your co-workers. Taking that time of mental focus, in a way brings a recognizable structure and a new kind of "pattern" to your daily life.

It is almost a discipline of "daily caring"... You have to take the time to care for the world and yourself and others. If you're always busy, there's a change in frequency "away" from this kind of contemplative caring and nurturing -- noticing what is truly needed by others.

There is a great pathway in every choice of "movement" -- "Shall I make this decision?" "Shall I go in this direction?" -- which can come from greater coherence, a greater ability in this discipline, to recognize patterns and to work with pattern-energies in new ways.

And I highly recommend that if you want to move, and you desire to be somewhere else, that you begin a discipline of daily meditation on this subject. This quiet contemplation, writing about and drawing your subjects that are important to consider for finding new pathways home -- that is of stellar importance right now!
