Can we use multiple mental processes to let go of worry and creative states of higher loving mind, creative mind? Can we make new habits of higher thought, creativity, and action part of a different kind of daily life? SHR: Grandmother, how can we better let go of worry? How can we shift to higher dimensional energy and mood and spirit?...

GRANDMOTHER:

Greetings.

It is very natural to "process" all of the information which comes to you during your day, during the times in which you receive great news across the planet, quite vast -- or local news or family news or the news of friends. It is normal to "process" these and if they're upsetting, then this process turns to “worry” about outcomes. But it could be different...

 We have said many times that when an event occurs, when there is an obstacle, to immediately (do not pause) -- look for the gift, look for the advantage, the lesson. Look for how this event or situation might actually allow you to expand your understanding and intelligence and work -- and then apply your imagination, your creativity, to the next step.

Now, we have given this before, but your question is slightly different. Because sometimes the "worry" can be so overwhelming, the unknowns so mystifying and upsetting, the sense of unfairness and injustice so great -- that your thoughts in processing all of this news and these concerns, become indelible, addictive... You find them going around in circles and you can't quite let go of "the loop." 

*So, it makes sense to give special focus to letting go of the "worry being..." It's like a "being," this drama, this story that you are taking in and creating part of as you focus on "what to do, which you see happening. And you want respite.

You want a way, a process, and a "mood" or spirit to create a path forward which is encouraging, which finds joy in life, and which can actually be quite healthy to others because it models and resonates with a higher-dimensional energy.

Higher-dimensional energy is, by definition, that which is of service to others -- the spirit of love and light, of forgiveness, of empathy. It is very important to understand that sometimes these "stories" and "issues" can be so complex and so much hidden.* And it is equally important to understand that it is normal and natural for you to try to find your way through this labyrinth and come up with positive and plausible solutions, at least to the extent that you can mold a path which makes sense to you, which allows you to get from day to day more positively.  

*(I sensed during transcribing that energies of hidden or unknown elements of an upsetting story can be important, too, even before revealed; they can be perceived intuitively and can add to “worry loops” without your being aware. Thus, your true stress level may also be beyond your awareness. Going into deeper, more loving states using deeply blissful sound may increase understanding and even ameliorate the “worry” stress. – SHR)

It is not that you need to "let go of worrying." It is that when you spend time, just the simple spending of time, focused concentration, and particularly meditation on higher concepts, prayers of love and light -- this time spent in these states is what prepares you to process the actions and events, energies and situations, the obstacles which you perceive before you -- in a way which enables a vision or insight of their gifts and their advantages and their lessons. (e.g., meditation may help increase insightful, even intuitive understanding. – SHR)

This practice, this daily practice of meditation. particularly meditation on love which you can expand -- you can meditate on love and forgiveness, which is very powerful.

However, there is an additional step which you may be curious about. When you ask how to let go of worry: You are asking in a way, how to end the particular method of processing new obstacles and problems, and come up with "something" that is logical and concrete that you believe you can do to stop this rollercoaster or circle of recirculating, a recycling of the same worries over and over, without finding in them a path to solutions and a higher spirit.

This is partly because you do not believe at this time, when you are addicted to these loops, these "time loops," that there IS a path to higher joy and happiness, because of these disturbing, upsetting events. It is very difficult to "let go," in other worlds, when you do not believe that you can "let go"; when you do not believe that you have the power in your meditations of love and light to do something, to take action which really does ameliorate or transmute very negative events, energies, obstacles, even understanding.

Part of your frustration may be that you cannot understand how others cannot see what you are seeing. This also takes away from your empathy. This would mean that the meditation on empathy -- "I am you, and you are me" -- would be well-performed during times when you are addicted to particular "time loops" of worry over events.

It is an easy mental process to meditate on love, as we have given you that meditation, and to use deep "theta" and "delta" sound*, even "alpha" sound which is extremely blissful and relaxing, in order to meditate first on love, and then meditate additionally on empathy; on "I am you, and you are me"; on forgiveness; and then on service to others.

The greatest way to block the "time loops of worry" is to intend and set an action, some service to others, some motion -- taking action of some kind which is to help others in a way which you know they will perceive as "help."

It is not helpful to try to impose your opinions and your process of help and your remedies of help on people who do not want this, because they cannot understand that it would be "help."

It is very useful to be of service to others in some way that is consistent with your beliefs about love and light, about oneness -- and theirs. So, in this process we come again to a kind of mental focus -- and we'll use that word for "meditation" today in order for you to understand how powerful these practices of daily "mental focus" are!

This is a mental-focus exercise, these meditations. They have words; they plant “seeds” of positive energy, soul growth, in the mind repeatedly. And they allow you to relax, to feel bliss even, with the deep sound. “Theta” sound in your societal culture is a very deep healing state, almost at the state of falling asleep. And “delta” state sound is the sound of Dream State or sleep. These are relaxing and they do enable you to move into a higher mood, a higher state, higher realm responses, higher realm energies.

Primarily it is your intention to enter higher realms of thought, dreams, imagination -- as service to others -- which allows you to unwind the "loop of worry"… which is often, "What if this happens? What if that happens? What should I do?" When at a deeper level you know what to do. And that is why you use deep sound and go to the profound levels of love and light and forgiveness and empathy which are truly "you" and truly foundational in all reality.

Now, there is another thought which you can use in this process. You might "meditate on love" -- but you do not often meditate on love for yourself. You can meditate upon love for the obstacle, the energies, the people involved. It's a different kind of meditation on love and expansiveness which acknowledges that they are human or that this is part of creation, this situation.

It is different to meditate on love for you and your higher self, to reach your greatest soul growth, appreciating how far you have come, because you know have learned lessons. You know that you have expanded, advanced. You know that you are able to understand much better than you used to and are much more expansive than you were in the past.

You know that you can always create new ways to be of service to others – which are completely resonant and possible with your current situation.

This perception of feasibility, of possibility is very important to cultivate and to meditate upon, to vision how this might be possible, when you are faced with these "time loops of worry."

Now, if you are familiar with creative arts, if you have any comfortability with painting or drawing, playing music, writing music, all instruments, drumming, dancing, making crafts or even the simple act of making a card that express your love and appreciation to someone else: All of these realms of higher dimensional creativity, done with the intention to be love and light and to be of service to others, will interrupt the "time loop of worry."

And it is especially useful to set yourself some creative projects to work upon when you are in a "worry time loop," projects which so involve you at deep levels of creativity, that you are literally "whisked away" into higher realms of creativity. It is very useful to use these "deep sound energies" when you do this.

Now, why does this matter? Because when you are in one of these "worry time loops" -- you are learning, yes; you are processing -- but if you learn to handle them in a higher "mood," you have been of service on the planet because you have switched the energy.*

Be aware of this: What if everyone on planet Earth handled their worry about this situation as you did? Wouldn't you want to be the example, the role model, for how to do this in most affirmative and loving ways, that’s good for your health and for the health of the planet, the future of the planet and your star family?

*(I got during transcribing: “When you switch your energy, you switch the energy on the planet. This matters each time. But repeated action of switching your energy creates a “flow” of energy shifts and has even greater impact on the planet.” – SHR)

 Multiply all of your actions on any day (a good meditation), by the number of people on your planet: "What if 8 billion people all did what I am doing today -- in response to these worrisome situations?" -- is a very good question, almost a meditation! 

Now, asking the question and taking these steps, any one of these steps quickly in the "worry process" changes how your mind addresses situations. It gives you a sense of power and intelligence when you are confronted with very worrisome situations. Because in a way, worry is a habit.

 What you want to do is practice ways to break the habit by creating new habits of looking for positive energies, lessons, gifts, advantages, expansions in order to project solutions and positive energy on the planet. You are in effect creating a new kind of life.

And if you remember that, and you even say to yourself each day as you begin: "How can I create a new kind of life today?" -- that simple act is of great service because you are, as you create these acts, creating "replication energies." Others can replicate what you do when you do it.

There are networks of connections at every dimensional level. And you repeat these as a society, as a star family system. So, you want to be conscious that you are member of all of these civilizations on your planet -- visiting or who live there; that you are a member of this star family and all of the planets, all of the lives involved -- past, present, and future.

You are a galactic citizen as well. And you have responsibilities in that citizenship.

 So, when you ask how to let go of worry, and how to enter realms which are higher and more affirmative and loving and full of light, to respond to very traumatic or even horrifying situations, you are acting as a responsible galactic or star family citizen. A family member.

There are many who are trying to do what you are trying to do. The discipline to address this each day, and with each upsetting event, is what makes a new galactic society. And this is within your realm of responsibility. Address this with love. And meditating on love just by itself can interrupt this "worry loop" and propel you into higher realms of thought and energy and radiating light. Always remember to do that: Meditate on love.

There are many who are trying to do what you are trying to do. The discipline to address this each day, and with each upsetting event, is what makes a new galactic society...
