Introduction:

We are unconscious of what we truly love sometimes… We are unaware that we are meditating without awareness…

This Grandmother message greatly increased my awareness of the power of my daily unaware “meditations” on tasks, responses derived from my emotions. I was not focusing on what I love, what I deeply love, and how to align that with my goals to begin my day. How else begin it?!

I had no idea of this power in my life. I did not understand the power of the ability to discern, with love, where I might be causing myself problems in relationships or communication, through that unawareness.

Recognizing your own unawareness, vacating the spaces of love all day, caught up in tasks, worries, pressures -- instead start with a focus on what you love, what you seek to accomplish in your day, your stay here, your beautiful time on Earth.

I am very, very thankful for these thoughts on love, reminding myself that it is a gift to be here and love is underlying the structure of my day. My worries or fears about things were taking me away from that focus, that meditation…

When after all, love, friends, family, cherished beings, being of compassionate service to all beings on Earth and beyond, learning – that is the true structure of life on Earth. What most supports that?

When at the beginning of the day I began to consciously focus on what I love, first, a few scribbles about what I love, my real missions and goals for life at 80 -- people, things, ideas, joys I love – writing some of these seemed to “call” them into my visions and plans for the day… Greater happiness appeared. I was more consciously focused and aware, with a sense of being “back on purpose.”

From business to family relationships, meditations, writing, work – all day-to-day tasks: This message hit my “bottom line.” It also reminded me again that My Incan Guide, says often:

“Who you love defines you.”

GRANDMOTHER:

All things spring from what you love, with or without awareness, and flow from greater love.

Thus, all organization and focus spring from love; all structure in the universe springs from love. Whatever you want to accomplish, focus on, reorganize, transform – even health or business – “Put more love into it!”

What do you love? This is a clue to focus and habit, organization and happiness.

If you try a simple exercise for 10 minutes, you might experience surprising revelations. If you never ask yourself the question, “What do I love?” – then you are less aware and discerning about your daily schedule and mission. Ask yourself, “What do I love” Write at least 10 things that you love. Draw them. Then you may reflect more accurately on your daily life essence.

Now, ask yourself, “What do I truly, profoundly love at the deepest levels?” Write 10 things. Draw this heart of you…

You will find it is a very different list. It is getting to the core of you, your true heart, your true love…

This is at the center; it is born in love and light, and it can reveal a much higher understanding of answers to your problems, your questions as a soul, as a member of a “star family” in the greater universe. This is at the center of understanding your origin in love…your family in a universe of love. And, at the center of understanding how to truly, profoundly be of service to others in the universe, from the heart of hearts.

This is at the center; it is born in love and light, and it can reveal a much higher understanding of answers to your problems, your questions as a soul, as a member of a “star family” in the greater universe...
