I say “Considerations for Extraterrestrial Communication” – because extraterrestrial communication at this time would be more like a university of practices than a conversation. So, we begin with a conversation that I will call “Considerations for Extraterrestrial Communication.”
Fundamentally, this is about frequencies, learning about multidimensional realities and multidimensional communications practices. And it will impact all aspects of your life. It is to consider all the aspects of you -- your psychology, your understanding, your interconnections with others who will appear to you to live in different realities – yet you will touch each other’s hearts and come to know multidimensional, unconditional love, beyond definition in this “third” dimension.

Yet many aspects of your own civilization seem beyond imagination for those of civilizations thousands of years older, because the civilizations of Earth are very different. Very different, indeed.
When you speak from the heart, from the soul, you have tremendous emotional language. You have tremendous emotional power and creative power. Each “civilization pathway” has its own strengths and challenges and exigencies. That is such a different language, such a different concept of being, of personality, of psychology -- of life, light, time! In a way, for you to begin to learn about cross-dimensional communication is as far-fetched as learning about cross-paradigm/culture communication on your own third-dimensional planet. It is hard-to-impossible, if you remain in the third dimensional frequency. It is a chasm.

Studying extraterrestrial communication and practicing meditations in different frequencies will enable new communication – new bridge building, perception, perspectives, and new languaging between communities, such that no communication is impossible. In a way, to attempt “impossible” communication is very good practice for engaging local, cross-cultural, cross-belief communication in this planetary civilization of this time.
On the whole, you are a planet of civilizations. But higher dimensional or extraterrestrial civilizations may exist in different time frequencies, and in that case, the civilization includes past, present, and future civilizations, beings, concepts, and interdimensional interactions.

You often call interdimensional interaction or communication “paranormal.” It depends upon your frequency. Is extraterrestrial communication really “beyond” normal? What is normal -- when many do have paranormal creative abilities widely recognized in the arts and societies of Earth – ancient and future?!

It will not be technological communication without the understanding of interdimensional communication -- which is what you are attempting now. This is too narrow for breakthrough communication. True, daily, every-day extraterrestrial “communication experiences” for most citizens would be considered a massive change on Earth.
You are souls of communication; you are souls of heartache and rendering reality in massive arts projects limited only by the funds to portray what you see. You see much more than you can quite create “for real” – until you learn frequency-based communication, the geometries, structures, and deeper love which is foundation for universal communication and perception.

It is more apt to say that you will “feel” and “meditate” your way into successful, vast extraterrestrial communication than to say you will study technology for extraterrestrial communication. At higher levels, the communication will not and does not come to you in that way. It comes to you through the higher soul self, the love you were born with, the heart of your knowledge, your ability to learn very deeply and never forget.
Universal communication, which is from the heart, which is never forgotten, is not within your experience except for certain extraordinary moments, as if being “struck by lightning.” These amazing discoveries await – and extradimensional, extraterrestrial communication will, indeed, become the most astounding experience of your life! For it is a higher dimensional experience of "you" – who you really are and where you are, why you are here, and unusually, who you know.
